Cancellation Policy

All cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a 30% charge of the service total. Extension and all other deposits are non-refundable. All "no-show" appointments and day of cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, this may result in a reschedule or change of service to accommodate other guests, and therefore will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). — Please note the correct location address for your appointment.
